Sensors used for measuring some parameters from breath : force, speed, direction, dampness, warm, gazeous components, etc... Some are intrinsically made for sensing air flow (anemo, pressure, ethylo...), others have been created for measuring another parameter but detect a common element in a living breath (temperature, moisture, sound...).
