Connectique pour entrées numériques des cartes ZIP et ZIP2
The ZIP (Z Patch Interpreter) board features 4 digital inputs on a male HE10 connector (the black jack next to the white connectors for analog sensors).
Connecting dry-contact switches to these inputs requires a 10-pin female connector and a 10-wire ribbon cable. This is a sturdy, easy-to-connect, and pull-resistant connection. This female connector is crimped onto a ribbon cable of variable length depending on your needs. The switches are soldered to the other end of this cable.
The ribbon cables on this page come with a properly crimped connector. Available lengths are :
The same type of cable is used for touch-sensitive mats and for sets of 8 switches on a ribbon cable.
The cables on this page are sold pre-crimped. To do it yourself, see the documentation in the “Download” tab.
